I bought a Sportsman 570 on saturday. Drove it 1,5 hour total, like a granny. Here are faults I found:
- engine overheating, fan is on almost all the time.
- engine stalls 2 times, once on a step hill, not pleasant
- engine light is flashing randomly
- brake lights and codes
- knocking noise under a suspension
- Awd is not turning off few times
Dealer says, i’m not driving it right, cause I use gas and brake. They should be a brake codes, some switches or something like that.
I guess I received a reliable machine. Speechless!
I purchased a 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570 eps April 23 2021 and I only have 114 miles on it as of December 27 2021 but the only issue I’ve had is the shifter linkage fell completely off while I was riding down a pretty steep hill a some how it went into neutral and I ended up rolling over but not injured ! Thank goodness. And I’ve had to buy the rubber axle shaft out hubcap covers 6 times now for some reason they will not stay on ? It’s aggravating!!! Polaris took care of the shifter linkage issues but with the plastic linkage clips I’m sure it’s gonna happen again? Other than that so far it’s been a great machine lots of power and really nice to cruise around on !!!
